Refund & Cancellation Policy

Individual Session Cancellation & Refund Policy

At Living in the Solution Mind Body Wellness, each appointment is reserved exclusively for you. Please review the following policy before booking.

Payment

Payment is due at the time of booking unless other arrangements have been made.

Refunds

Individual Biofield Tuning and Reiki sessions are refundable if canceled at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment.

Once a session has been completed, it is considered fully earned and is non-refundable.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

Appointments may be canceled or rescheduled with at least 24 hours' notice at no charge.

Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice may be subject to a cancellation fee of up to 100% of the session cost.

Clients who do not show for their scheduled appointment without prior notice will be charged the full session fee.

Late Arrivals

If you arrive late, your session will end at the originally scheduled time to avoid delaying other clients. The full session fee will still apply.

AIllness & Emergencies

If you are ill or experience a genuine emergency, please contact us as soon as possible. Exceptions to this policy may be made at the practitioner's discretion.

By scheduling an appointment, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to this policy.

Biofield Tuning Package Refund & Cancellation Policy

To ensure fairness for both clients and the practitioner, the following policy applies to all Biofield Tuning session packages.

Package Purchases

Session packages are purchased at a discounted rate and are intended to be used as part of a recommended series of sessions.

Refunds

Unused session packages may be refunded within 7 days of purchase, provided no sessions have been used.

Once any session within a package has been completed, the package becomes non-refundable.

If exceptional circumstances arise, any refund granted will be at the sole discretion of Living in the Solution Mind Body Wellness. If approved, completed sessions will be charged at the full individual session rate, and any applicable administrative fees may be deducted from the remaining balance before a refund is issued.

Package Expiration

All package sessions must be used within 12 months of the purchase date unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Transfers

Packages may not be transferred to another individual without prior written approval.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours' notice, or missed without notice, may be forfeited and counted as one completed session.

By purchasing a session package, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to this policy.
